Rental Vehicles​

​

  1. Eligibility: Renters must be at least 25 years of age, hold a valid driver's license and provide a valid form of payment.

  2. Reservation: Reservations can be made online or through the rental agency's reservation hotline. A valid form of payment and a signed rental agreement are required to secure a reservation.

  3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of reservation and can be made with a credit card, debit card, electronic payment such as Zelle, and wire transfer.

  4. Deposit: In order to secure the vehicle, a deposit will be taken and applied to the balance of the total invoice, prior to the date of reservation. A separate Security Deposit will be held until the return of the vehicle and will be released to the client within 24 hours of the safe return of the vehicle and termination of the contract. Vehicles must be free of any damages, tarnishments, or signs of repair.

  5. Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the start of the rental period will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 15  before the start of the rental period will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total rental of rental payment, the remaining 50% to be applied as a credit valid for 1 year. Cancelations less than 15 days from the rental period will no refund.

  6. Insurance: Renters are required to provide valid insurance policies to cover the vehicle they wish to rent. In case of an accident, renters must comply, by providing truthful and accurate statements to Universal Lifestyle rental agency.

  7. Damage and Accidents: Renters are responsible for any damages or accidents that occur during the rental period. The rental agency will provide a damage report detailing any damages and costs.

  8. Usage Restrictions: Renters must abide by all traffic laws and use the rental vehicle only for lawful purposes. Renters are not allowed to use the rental vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving. No modifications to the car are allowed. Rental cars are not allowed to be used as towing vehicles. Removal of the GPS Tracking device will automatically result in a breach of contract. You must have express written consent from Universal Lifestyle to take the vehicle out of state.

  9. Towing: In the event of necessary towing of the vehicle, the renter is responsible for any damage other than mechanical.

  10. Fuel: Renters are responsible for refueling the rental vehicle before returning it. A fuel charge will be applied if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the start of the rental.

  11. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any rental vehicle. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle.

  12. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in rental vehicles, with the exception of service animals.

  13. Late Return: Renters are responsible for returning the rental vehicle on time. A late fee will be applied if the vehicle is returned after the agreed-upon return time.

  14. Maintenance: Renters must report any maintenance issues to the rental agency immediately. Renters are not allowed to make any repairs to the rental vehicle without the rental agency's approval.

Yacht Rentals​​

  1. Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and provide a valid form of payment.

  2. Reservation: Reservations can be made online or through the rental agency's reservation hotline. A valid form of payment and a signed rental agreement are required to secure a reservation.

  3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of reservation and can be made with a credit card, debit card, electronic payment such as Zelle, and wire transfer.

  4. Deposit: In order to secure the yacht, a deposit will be taken and applied to the balance of the total invoice, prior to the date of reservation. A separate Security Deposit will be held until the return of the yacht and will be released to the client within 24 hours of the safe return of the vehicle and termination of the contract. The yacht must be free of any damages, tarnishments, or signs of repair.

  7. Damage and Accidents: Renters are responsible for any damages or accidents that occur during the rental period. The rental agency will provide a damage report detailing any damages and costs.

  8. Usage Restrictions: Renters must use the rental yacht only for lawful purposes.

  9. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht or any of the staterooms, or bathrooms. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.

Jet Ski Rentals

Miami: 

As required by law, anyone born after January 1st, 1988, must complete Florida's Boat Rental Course, which is a short 25-question exam.  Once completed, you will receive a temporary boating form that is valid for 90 days.   1. Safety: Renters must follow all state and local laws and regulations while operating the jet ski. Renters must also wear a life jacket while operating the jet ski and must adhere to the posted speed limit and no-wake zones.

  2. Operating Limitations: Renters are prohibited from operating the jet ski in areas that are closed to watercraft traffic, and from using the jet ski for racing, towing, or any other unauthorized purposes.

  3. Insurance: Universal Lifestyle does not provide insurance for physical or bodily harm/injury.

  4. Maintenance: Renters are responsible for returning the jet ski in the same condition as it was received, with reasonable wear and tear excepted. Renters will be responsible for any damages to the jet ski caused by the renters or their guests.

  5. Liability: Renters agree to hold the rental agency harmless from any claims arising from the renters' use of the jet ski. Renters are also responsible for purchasing their own personal liability insurance policy for the duration of the rental period.

  6. Indemnification: Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental agency and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liability arising from the renters' use of the jet ski.

Home and Property Rentals

  2. Reservation: Reservations can be made online or through the rental agency's reservation hotline. A valid form of payment and a signed rental agreement are required to secure a reservation.

  3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of reservation and can be made with a credit card, debit card, electronic payment such as Zelle, and wire transfer.

  6. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the start date of the rental period, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the end date of the rental period. Ask about early check-in, and late check-out if needed.

  7. Property Conditions: The Tenant agrees to keep the Premises clean and to return it in the same condition as it was received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Tenant will be responsible for any damages to the Premises caused by the Tenant or their guests. In the result of damages, the renter is responsible for paying the fees to restore the property to its original condition.

  8. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the Premises is 8. Any additional guests must be approved by the rental agency in advance and may result in an additional fee.

  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the Premises unless specified in writing by the rental agency.

  10. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the Premises. A cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found on the Premises.

  11. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The Tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors and to keep noise levels low during quiet hours.

  12. Liability: The Tenant agrees to hold the Landlord and the rental agency harmless from any claims arising from the Tenant's use of the Premises. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental agency and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liability arising from the renters' use of the premises.
